The Fondazione Museo del Calcio has its roots in a place that is the symbol of Italian football, in a center renowned all over the world: Coverciano.

This fascinating museum tells the story of the Italian National Team and the FIGC, but it is above all the conviction that football and sport play a key role in the development of society and the individual: football, thanks to its universal language, is a vehicle of fundamental values such as solidarity, sacrifice, altruism, generosity and justice, and is a key tool for integration and overcoming any barrier, be it linguistic or cultural.

Inside there is also a center for historical documentation of the game of football, which has a rich collection of texts and documents that can be consulted on site, as well as a multimedia database, with images and videos.
